The room was COLD. The heating switched off early in the evening and came back on quite late in the morning, I had no choice. There was no soap in the shower, the dispenser was empty and remained so despite requests. There was also no cold water available at breakfast.

i travelled with my family and the location was unbeatable! it's super close to everything. the staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean. the bed was comfortable!
the parking was a bit of a pain! i had to pay way more than i expected. i wish there was a discount offered at checkout.

the location is super convenient it is walkable to many places. the staff were also really helpful especially with gluten-free options. i really appreciated the access to tea and coffee in the foyer.
the floorboards in my room were quite noisy. i could hear my neighbor's conversations since the walls seemed thin. the curtains barely covered the window and there was peeling paint around it.

The location was convenient. The tram stop outside made airport transfers easy. the room had a comfortable bed, and the staff offered a friendly welcome. i appreciated the prosecco and drink voucher provided to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday. it was a thoughtful touch!
The hot breakfast options tasted burnt and chewy. I could not enjoy them.

The location is ideal. The train station is a short walk away. Restaurants are next door.
Our room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The curtains did not cover the whole window. Contractors overlooked the room.
